Happy Boho News

Stampin’ Up! make simple cards so easy – the products in the Annual Catalogue are beautiful and co-ordinate with one another perfectly. To make life even easier, they bring together Product Medleys – one of which is used in this project. The Boho Indigo product medley is gorgeous, full of floral patterns, shades of blue and finished with gold accents.

This card uses three simple items from that medley – a piece of Designer Series Paper, a gold edged die cut for a sentiment and two gold pop out die cuts for decoration. All I added was the card base and stamp a sentiment – which is ideal for those last minute cards that are needed or for someone who is new to crafting and isn’t sure where to start.

But I think you would agree – Boho Indigo makes great projects every time?

Best Wishes,
Suzanne

Merry Christmas Glimmer

Christmas always bring out the glitzy side of me, I don’t seem to use glimmer paper at any other time than the festive season. The Merry Christmas dies immediately screamed glimmer paper to me, the intricate worded dies are a good size and so take centre place on any card or project you make.

Today, I teamed Garden Green and Gold together keeping it simple with some Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the greeting ‘Merry Christmas’. A very quick card to make and great for if you need something last minute with minimal supplies needed.

A great choice to make multiples of and can be cycled with differing papers and glimmer choices.

Suzanne

Frosted Floral Card

All of my favourite things on one card.. Purple, Frosted Florals DSP & glimmer paper! I’ve already gushed about this paper on previous posts of mine, but it just continues to wow me. The paper takes all the attention meaning you can keep your cards and projects simple, which is what I have done.

I was so pleased when Blackberry Bliss made a return during the colour refresh, it has always been one of my favourite colour (so much so, I didn’t get rid of my old ink pads when it retired!). One of my favourite colour combinations is purple and gold, so I took full advantage in using those colours for this card.

I’m sure you’ll agree that the colours look amazing together and the pearl sheen on the paper just makes it even more beautiful to look at!

Best Wishes,
Suzanne
