Last week, I mentioned the challenge of making a project with a sentiment only stamp set. While looking through my stamp sets, I realised I had a set that has zero sentiments in it – it’s just a set of textured motifs like splatters and cross hatching. So, I felt what better way to show it off than pair the two of them up for Step Up Saturday?
I kept with a similar colour scheme as I wanted to show that not all cards have to be floral with the brighter colours involved. Instead, this one features the darker shades of blue, multiple greys and even features a little peek of metallic.
I really like how simple the card is to put together, but without looking too simple, if that makes sense?
