Sketched Butterflies is fast becoming my favourite stamp set, I love the simplicity of the stamps and the differing sizes of butterfly available. As soon as I stamped the images, I couldn’t put it down, which tells you a lot – I am normally quick to move onto the next set so I can explore them all.
With a matching die set, Sketched Butterflies allows you to flip between flat stamping and making the butterflies 3D. I love a 3D butterflies, elevating its wings from the card. A simple sentiment then finishes it off perfectly.
Bar the In Color cards I made, this is the first feature of a new In Color – Summer Splash. It reminds me of Bermuda Bay (an old retired colour), which I loved to use and can see this one quickly becoming my go to blue shade.
SIMPLE SUNDAY RULES
– Five item crafting: The stamp set plus four items can be used to create the final project.
– A basic craft kit can be used alongside (clear blocks, scissors, trimmer, adhesive etc.)
– Only one colour, plus black can be included in the final project.
– All Simple Sundays must have the project contained on a white 3″ x 3″ matt, which is then layered onto a white card base.
