Welcome to another in episode in my Simple Sunday series! Today’s card is for those times when we want to show support to someone in their time of need. For this, I have chosen to showcase the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set, which has some beautiful images included.
For those of you unfamiliar with Simple Sunday, this is where I showcase a single stamp set and make a card with limited supplies. Perfect for the beginner crafter, budget friendly and easy to follow. The rules for making the project can be found below.
Making a card to show someone support or sympathy can be challenging and this is where keeping a card simple can help. With some simple images and a sentiment, the finished product is ready for a message to be added inside when needed. You could make this up ahead of time, removing any need to think of something creative during a sad occasion.
I hope you’ll agree that this set suits really well for those moments.
SIMPLE SUNDAY RULES
– Five item crafting: The stamp set plus four items can be used to create the final project.
– A basic craft kit can be used alongside (clear blocks, scissors, trimmer, adhesive etc.)
– Only one colour, plus black can be included in the final project.
– All Simple Sundays must have the project contained on a white 3″ x 3″ matt, which is then layered onto a white card base.

MEASUREMENTS:
💚 BASIC WHITE A4 THICK CARDSTOCK: Cut a full sheet in half, then score that piece in half to create the card base.
