October Hostess Code & Stamparatus News!

09.01.18_SHAREABLE_STAMPARATUS_UKSP

Squee! That’s right.. there are some new fantastic items available as of today for the Stamparatus. No more trimming down your grid paper to fit, no more juggling plates for the more complex stamping projects and no more bad photopolymer stamps. Today brings the introduction of these items.. and I’m so excited!

The smaller grid paper fits perfectly into the Stamparatus with ease, not only make life easier but helping to ensure your projects are as perfect as can be! And the best bit? You can get the additional plates, grid paper and foam mat as a bundle – absolutely amazing.

And if that’s wasn’t amazing enough.. I have just opened up the Hostess Code for October.

Be sure to enter this on orders under £150, placed in October, to take part in my Hostess Club. Each month, a special something shall be sent to those who shop with me, as a little thank you.

Have an amazing time!

Very Vintage Box

This box was very much inspired by the Very Vintage Birthday card I posted a week or so ago. I loved the pattern that I stamped so much, I chose to duplicate it but this time onto a small box – which could include a small treat for the recipient of the card as part of a set? Either way, the pattern is beautiful and the bees are just adorable.

For this box, I didn’t want to add any sentiment, as I wanted the background stamping to be the centre of attention. Instead, I chose to fussy cut two bees to give the box some layers and well, because I think they’re cute and it gave me any excuse to use them.

The box would happily fit in some small sweeties, or a beauty product such as nail varnish or lip gloss and of course, can be recreated in any colours you choose.

Let me know how you get on!

Best Wishes,
Suzanne

Merry Christmas Glimmer

Christmas always bring out the glitzy side of me, I don’t seem to use glimmer paper at any other time than the festive season. The Merry Christmas dies immediately screamed glimmer paper to me, the intricate worded dies are a good size and so take centre place on any card or project you make.

Today, I teamed Garden Green and Gold together keeping it simple with some Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the greeting ‘Merry Christmas’. A very quick card to make and great for if you need something last minute with minimal supplies needed.

A great choice to make multiples of and can be cycled with differing papers and glimmer choices.

Suzanne

Tone on Tone Falling Flowers

Tone on tone was introduced to me in my early days as a demonstrator by my lovely upline, Pootles. It is the amazing technique where you stamp onto cardstock with the same colour ink as the card. My example shows the GORGEOUS Highland Heather, teamed with the Falling Flowers stamp set.

I don’t know why, but I always reach for the floral stamp sets when doing tone on tone cards. But I’m sure you’ll agree that the Falling Flowers set suits this perfectly. You can’t go wrong with flowers stamped in random patterns.

Why not have a go yourselves?

Christmas Takeout Box

Awwww, how cute is this little box? I’m absolutely in love with the takeout dies, they’re so dinky and so easy to put together. I can see these being used for my work colleagues come Christmas time as the production line needed for multiples will be easy peasy.

Another new item in the Autumn / Winter catalogue which instantly drew my eye is the Santa’s Workshop Speciality Designer Series Paper (DSP). The paper has flocking on it, which feels furry(?) on the paper. If you look carefully on the project image, you may just see the textural difference.

Whilst a dinky size, the box can fit sweet treats in and the stamp set gives you the opportunity to use these for Halloween.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I am!

Best Wishes,
Suzanne
